Xchangedoc is a monthly subscription system costing £40* per person per year (min 12 month contract) which includes full functionality and 1000Gb storage. We can scan, import and store all your documentation, allowing you to retrieve and track all of your data from emails, facsimiles or paper files, providing the answer to many of your administrative needs.

You’ll have full access to your documents on the go, 24/7, from either your laptop, tablet or mobile device. All you need to do is log in and start using it, whether you need it for basic document searching and downloading, or for online team collaboration and advanced workflow. Using scanned documents or electronic files from programmes such as Microsoft Word®, Excel® or PowerPoint®, this system provides a means to control and maintain the company archive.
