  • Please select all sizes of paper which need to be scanned
  • Please indicate whether you have any receipts to scan
  • OCR will make any computer typed document word-searchable once scanned.
  • Do you require your documents to be rebound & Returned once scanning has been completed?
  • Please provide an indication of how your archive is broken down (ie. in folders, stapled documents etc) and an estimated number of pages per folder/document.
  • If you know how you would like your documents scanned in and indexed (named) please provide details below - See Option 1 and 2 below for some examples.
