Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue were looking for a scanning solution suitable for them and luckily came across, this proved to be a very successful working relationship which we have had for years now.

We asked them a few questions to find out why our service was important and valued by them.

What prompted you to seek services? What situation or problem did you need to solve?

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service were searching for a scanning company which had the ability to handle varying quantities of documentation/microfiche within a secure, controlled environment.

Why did you specifically select for this project?

DocumentScanning stood out form the other companies as they are a privately owned business that have been providing documentation services for nearly 50 years and hold contracts with the Ministry of Defence, Police Services and the NHS, across a wide area of the United Kingdom. We felt our live personal record files would be handled in a secure and confidential manner.

Describe why you feel that working with was successful.

Working with DocumentScanning has been a great success with a speedy return on our all our live personal record files and old microfiche which were converted to PDf ‘s. We were able to recall a live personal record file, if required within hours of our request. We have received excellent first class help and guidance.
